Committees

AGC Florida East Coast Chapter has many ways to become involved and share your expertise. Joining a committee is a great way to enhance your membership as well as guiding the Chapter. Please contact Michelle DePotter at Michelle@agcfla.com for more information.

Government Affairs Committee

AGC FEC has a high-profile position in the "political arena" at the local, regional, state, and national levels. The Government Affairs Committee monitors issues and local government effecting the construction industry and our members.

Heavy Highway Committee

The Heavy Highway Committee provides overall representation of the heavy highway construction industry on all matters related to highway construction.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee strengthens and enhances the chapter by reaching out to prospective and existing members to share benefits and encourage participation. Committee members bring a commitment and willingness to promote AGC FEC as the local voice of the construction industry.

The AGC FEC PAC is a non-partisan committee that interviews and seeks to support pro-construction and pro-business candidates for election to local and state seats. Click here for more information.

Safety Committee

The mission of the AGC FEC Safety Forum is to provide service and information to the members to facilitate the reduction of workplace injuries, illness, and fatalities in our industry. The committee will promote safety best practices, safety awareness, training, education, and the development of an industry wide safety culture while communicating changes and the requirements of regulations and the statutes that impact the construction community.
