Certificate of Management Exam - Building Information Modeling (BIM)
You've done the coursework - let's get you certified.

About this exam:
The AGC Certificate of Management-Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes knowledge and understanding of concepts related to BIM adoption, practice and process transformation outlined in the AGC BIM Education Program. Upon successfully passing the exam, you will carry the CM-BIM designation.
Eligibility Requirements: In order to be a candidate for CM-BIM, you must attend all four AGC BIM Education Program courses. Your application will not be processed if you have not completed all units by the application date. Once you have completed the four mandatory courses, you are eligible to register for the exam by filling out the online CM-BIM Exam application.
Fees: All exam fees total $575.00 and will be collected at one time after the candidate application is reviewed and approved.
NOTE: Please be sure to select AGC FEC (Chapter 11E) from the options provided when asked which chapter you will take the exam through.

An optional CM-BIM Exam Prep Course is available for purchase to support your review and study for the exam. This two-hour, self-paced e-learning course reviews the process of Building Information Modeling, BIM, as taught in AGC's BIM Education Program.
Cost: $79 for members and $99 for nonmembers

Re-testing
If an individual does not pass the exam on the first attempt, the candidate may re-apply to take the exam by submitting the online exam retake form. The retake fee is $100.

This optional three-hour, self-paced e-learning course reviews the principles of Lean Construction as taught in AGC's Lean Construction Education Program. The course is designed to supplement your review and study of the curriculum's seven units as you prepare for the CM-Lean exam.
Offered with both audio and visual content, as well as providing 55 review questions covering the seven units of the CM-Lean Exam, this course gives you the chance to assess your understanding of Lean Construction prior to taking the actual exam.
Cost: $79 for members and $99 for nonmembers
